Yes, Kip Schoning, who has a long, long, long record of lying, cheating and stealing via his many rundown rat trap rental properties. This blog will give voice to the hundreds of people who have given fees, rental deposits, etc. to Kip Schoning, only to find out that it was all a scam. Yes, he'll take your first and last month's rent, and some sort of deposit, but - SURPRISE! - he had no intention of renting to you at all. Now, good luck getting your money back. Take him to court or move on.
Yes, there are hundreds of unfortunate people who thought they were going to be renting from Kip Schoning, but just got ripped off. This blog will also provide a voice for those who were unfortunate enough to actually end up renting from Kip Schoning, only to find out that he is one of the world's greatest slumlords. Repairs? Safety concerns? Basic livability and security issues? What are those? If it's Kip's property, and it costs money to do something, he just won't do it. Take him to court or move.

ReplyDeleteHe also "hires" people to work for him with absolutely no intention of actually paying them for their work or reimbursing them for the supplies they purchased to complete the work they did for him.

I was taken for the Kip and Michelle ride through hell still going through it legally after not only did Buena Realty (the Kip and Michelle Show) took my first, last and deposit, my brand new over 1000.00 bed, other personal items...they had the nerve to try and charge me for BS after I moved out such as 5.00 per non working light bulb...which btw, when I moved in weren't even in the sockets or ever working in the first place... They never repaired or addressed my 3 page repairs list provided to their office multiple times. DidntDifollow their own rules in yhe retal agreement. Didnt do a formal walkthrough upon moving in or out! Take my advice, save yourself and NEVER EVER rent from these unreputable, evil not rights.!!!! They will drag you down and suck the life out of you
ReplyDeleteHow in the hell can they stay in business! I will also be contacting many reputable business bureau and report their skid row business practices. Karmas on it's way and I hope they rot in it. They need to be shut down once and for all. They're lowlife, unprofessional and evil! They can both rot.

ReplyDeletethe house for moving out of has plumbing issues has one sink we pay $1,000 a month it's not accurate not up to code we finally are being moved into a new house which he is charging us fully he said if we don't get out of our current house by the 22nd we have to pay an additional $450 he is not taking care of us and I'm afraid to be evicted.
just yesterday I even got a call and he told me that I have to pay an extra $450 if I don't move out of my current house now I'm going to struggle to move out of my house by the 22nd when he knows I just had surgery I feel like I'm stuck in a rock and a hard place and the sky is continuously getting away with it.

They suck at fololwing through with things and don't amswer their phones or reply to emails. My family has applied for assistance and all we are waiting for is for them to get busy and sign the papers. I have to call and call them to get them to do maintain the house and be on top of things.
